Our Tunnel Ovens are available in gas and electric and can provide high temperatures for applications in many industries. Our tunnel ovens are available in a variety of standard and custom sizes and can also be customized with additional features which can allow our tunnel ovens to be compatible with the current equipment in your facility. Our tunnel ovens are factory built with cast-iron frames for maximum strength and insulated with high density mineral wool to reduce temperature bleeding. We install UL listed Control Panels and LED PID temperature controls for the highest level of operator control.
Our Tunnel Ovens can be used for a variety of industrial applications including:
- Paint Curing for water, solvent, or powder based paints. These ovens can also be used for the curing of other finishes including epoxy and varnishes.
- Preheating of molds, dies or other tools.
- Metal Finishing on machinery, tools, or other metal products.
- Repair of machinery, engines, or industrial equipment.
Our ovens can be used for an unlimited number of applications which require operating temperatures up to 850° F.
